When renting from us, please be aware that a deposit is required, which will be refunded following a thorough inspection of the UTV after the rental period. In addition, we ask that all renters adhere to the following rules for safety and respect of the vehicle: No Drinking and Driving: For the safety of all involved, no alcohol or drugs are permitted while operating the UTV. Violations will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of the deposit. Valid Driver's License: Renters must possess a valid driver’s license and be at least 25 years old to operate the UTV. Stay on Designated Trails: Renters must only drive the UTV on approved trails. Off-trail driving can cause damage to the vehicle and disrupt the environment. Safety Gear: Helmets and protective gear are required while operating the UTV. We provide helmets, but you may bring your own if preferred. Vehicle Condition: Renters are responsible for returning the UTV in the same condition it was rented, free from any damage, excessive dirt, or mud that wasn't present at the start. Respect Wildlife and Property: Please respect all local wildlife, other trail users, and private property. Do not disturb animals or trespass on restricted land. Recovery Fee: A recovery fee will apply if the UTV is stuck or needs to be recovered from an area not accessible by standard towing services. This fee is calculated based on the location and difficulty of recovery. Emergency Contact: In the event of a breakdown or emergency, contact us immediately for assistance.
